This is the most ineffective program ever. Being on the list does not stop the calls. It doesn't even slow them down. Exactly what has the attorney general's office done about those 5,000 complaints? Apparently nothing.
We went to the Art Fair, thanks to my big ticket win here on this blog :-) We had a great time, except for the crazy amount of cottonwood fluff blowing around. Love spending the day there and enjoying good art, music, and river views.
The city needs to make a statement and add to our existing skyline on this prime property. A skyline reflects on a cities character. Anything below 35 stories would be disappointing...lets go big, 52 stories!!
I am a Mass Ave artist (iPhone sepia photos w/ Instagram), and I'm disappointed to see another proposal that doesn't include affordable housing for artists. As an artist, I am entitled to live in highly desirable areas for free (or close to it). This parking garage will not bring me any closer to that goal.
Its about time the NLRB did something for the taxpayer instead of kissing the criminal unions butts. Many peole dont need the unoins representation and dont want to conrtibute to an enterprise that supports radical socialism, anti religeous policies, and pads the coffers of organized crime.
