The Court of Appeals on Wednesday rejected the Delaware County man's argument that he shouldn't have to pay because the children were not his biological offspring. A friend provided sperm for artificial insemination when the couple was unable to conceive on their own. A judge ruled the kids were children of the marriage and the ex-husband was obligated to support them.
