New charges have been filed against the man convicted in the 2010 Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration shootings, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry announced Friday. Shamus Patton, 20, was charged with six counts of forgery, Class C felonies, for allegedly falsifying the signatures of business managers on work-release documents. Department of Correction inmates involved in the program are allowed passes to leave the facility to search of employment.
