that specializes in refrigeration-systems design, installation and service.
Terms of the deal, announced today,
were not disclosed.
Enterprise, which has more than 200 employees, said it will keep 25 of Freije’s 50 employees
and consolidate operations into Enterprise’s facilities near 96th Street and Interstate 69.
Enterprise has designed
and installed mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for customers in 20 states. Its annual revenue tops $65 million.
Enterprise said the acquisition will bring it expanded design and service capabilities, including more expertise
in engineering, building, and servicing cold-storage facilities used by food-distribution customers.
