thanks to a joint effort of the National Football League, the Indianapolis Colts and Local Initiatives Support Corp.
The new scoreboard, goal posts, striping and upgraded concession area were funded in part through a $50,000 matching grant
from the national NFL Grassroots Program. The program is a joint effort of the NFL Youth Football Fund and LISC.
LISC in Indianapolis and the NFL have spent $642,500 on football field construction and renovation around the city. Other
schools and parks to benefit include Douglas Park, Gustafson Park, Lutheran High School, Ben Davis High School, Christian
Park and Tabernacle Presbyterian Church.
