  3. I am guessing that you are taking into account net pay (after tax income). That in itself is another problem with the ACA. By voluntarily reducing our income, solely for the purpose of qualifying for a subsidy, we will be paying LOWER taxes so that we can receive MORE from the government. It is to our advantage to do this, but in effect, the government has provided us with an incentive to work less, and pay less in taxes, so that we can receive more in aid from the taxes of others. How many others will be doing this, and at what cost? Additionally, how many others can reduce their incomes even further and qualify not only for the subsidies but for other aid (food stamps, heating assistance, housing assistance, etc.)?

  5. Meijer has absolutely no history of building urban stores. Don't expect them to start in Indianapolis, where we can't even get a drugstore or bank to be built in downtown without a drive-thru. I'm not sure what people are expecting, but its going to be identical to what they build in the cornfields.
