Sounds like angie's list could have benefitted from some sort of internet based service that rates various providers of services...anybody know of any?

This is actually worse than is being reported. The properties were gifted to Oesterle with more than $4.6 million dollars in taxpayer money. So not only is he screwing his shareholders with inflated sale prices, but he is double dipping considering Mayor Ballard gifted him all the money to buy the property.
