A site plan from Kite Realty Group shows how a new Target store will fit within Glendale Town Center and also reveals some of the shopping center’s new tenants. Glendale Town Center LayoutA Panera Bread restaurant is slated along Keystone Avenue in front of the 129,000-square-foot Target, which will be built partially on top of the existing Staples. Six smaller retail buildings will surround Macy’s. The site plan shows three of the tenants as Lenscrafters, Catherine’s and a proposed restaurant that isn’t named. The plans also show a one-acre outlot at the corner of 62nd and Rural streets. Sorry about the poor quality of the site plan, but at least it gives you an idea of the general layout.
