City welcomes real estate group

A few hundred of the nation's most influential real estate CCIMdevelopers, brokers and investors are in town this week for meetings at the Hyatt. The CCIMs, or Certified Commercial Investment Members, are meeting here for the first time, thanks to Joseph A. Fisher, the group's president. His Real Estate Investment Services Corp. is based here. Nationwide, about 18,000 real estate professionals have earned the CCIM designation.
