Brett chides people to act like an adult, but yet he calls people stupid? That sounds like my 5 year old grandson, but he gets a whipping for using that word. Adults do not go around tell people their opinions are stupid.
I believe you haters are the ones who want it to die. It is you haters who have tried to pull of the fortune telling stuff. How many times have we seen you folks say IRL will end in 2005 or it is done in 2007 or the 100th anniversary is the last race, or it will not survive the loss of "the cars and stars", or Tony Stewart or Sam Hornish, or Danica or fill in the blank driver? You folks are the ones who can't stand that your series died and the other one survived. Again, Chief you are too young to know better, but there was a series before cart, there was an Indy 500 before cart. Indy was here long before cart with its "stars and cars" and it will be here long after. The IBJ predicts increases in attendance, tv and advertising this year. So do most of the sports marketing folks. Sorry guys, sounds like your predictions, and your hopes and prayers are wrong for another year. But hey, there is always next year.
