Fishers police say they have made an arrest in the case of a woman who was raped on Mother’s Day. Dominic R. Woods, 19, is suspected of the crime, which took place about 2:30 a.m. May 9 in the Brookston Place neighborhood near Brooks School Road and Fall Creek Road. The victim said she was raped in her home by an intruder who held her at knifepoint. Woods also faces charges of burglary and criminal confinement.
