The former Rollerland skating rink, which also once served as a car dealership, is up for sale. The 1928 building at 922 N.
Pennsylvania St. is part of a block of four properties owned by Master Glass & Color Inc.
that together comprise about 2 acres of prime real estate just
north of the Central Library expansion. Master Glass used part of the 23,000-square-foot building as its showroom, but kept
some of the rink remnants, including a sound system and a marquee-style sign that reminds skaters to use caution. The sale
also includes parking lots next door and across the street from the rink, along with the building now occupied by FinishMaster
at 937 N. Meridian St. Broker Wayne Timberman said the owner, Don Fledderjohn, will consider offers for all or parts of the
property. What would you like to see here? Do you expect it will remain industrial?
