People and Records

Deadlines for People and Records are 10 days prior to the issue in which you want the item to appear.

Send Records submissions to Bonnie Maurer at bmaurer@ibj.com. The subject line should include the name of the Records category you’re submitting for. IBJ makes the final determination about the appropriateness of submissions and where they will publish in the newspaper.

Items above can be submitted via fax to 317-263-5406, or to our mailing address: 41 E. Washington St., Suite 200, 46204. People photos mailed to IBJ must be black-and-white preferably and of good quality, with names on the back; they will not be returned.
