  1. You'll find the parking garage at the corner of College ave and Westfield blvd in Broad Ripple. I hope that was informative.

  2. I've seen 4-5 Cirque shows, and this one is at the bottom of my list as well. For starters, the "Skywatcher" and "Lightbulb Head Guy" were just flat out annoying. Cirque sometimes manages to have hilarious clowns (Zarkana if I recall had some great moments), but these were just annoying. I will mention that Claudio's chasing-the-spotlight act was hilarious and had my crying tears of laughter. But the other two clowns provided me too much time of yawns and groans. The acrobatics themselves were sub-par for Cirque. One of the final acrobatic scenes involved a woman balancing upside-down on one hand on a balance beam. This is impressive! But in Ova, I saw Kim Wei do the same upside down handstand ON A UNICYCLE BALANCING ON A SLACKWIRE. One made me just go "wow, that's neat," and the other had me swearing curses in disbelief. Many of the other acts were impressive, but too short and didn't reach as high as they should. The crutches act had a lot of potential but didn't really go anywhere; the juggling act was impressive, but didn't hold a candle to the juggling act in Zarkana. The baton-twirling woman was super impressive, but I remember when they passed her the second baton I was thinking "this is going to be amazing"...and then she twirled one baton for a few seconds while tossing the other, and then the act was over. All in all, I felt fairly let down, with the highlight being Claudio performing his "sexy" French chase-the-spotlight song.

  3. Risk adjustment is a permanent part of the changes to the ACA’s individual and small group markets (please see for more information). The risk corridors and transitional reinsurance fee sunset after 2016.

  4. Thinking Prof and Reddog I guess my question is how much did you contribute to any of the causes that you feel so strongly about and do you know any of the people willing to spend money to enjoy their sporting event ? You do not know me (thank goodness) but I am very proud to say that I own season tickets to various sports franchises in the Indianapolis area I will be attending the Purdue vs Notre Dame game with 18 friends (no I did not attend either University) AND I certainly pay for and donate to multiple events that NEED support. If you choose not to spend money on sporting events that is YOUR choice not to attend. Please mention to me what you have done lately to better the daily life of just one school teacher, fireman or law enforcement officer. I can !!

  5. Only 20% of the 78 acres will be open space?! I think it would be a shame to see this little open/green space, especially along the Monon. I think it is one of the perks to trail is having a lot of shade and greenery. On another note, aren't they pushing an oversaturation issue in this area given that another apt complex is going up across the street and there is already one to the south?
