BlueLock plans $35.6 million investment, 118 new jobs

Indianapolis-based tech firm BlueLock LLC is poised to continue its growth spurt, planning a $35.6 million investment at its north-side facility that could create 118 jobs. City planners have recommended approval of a 10-year tax abatement.
