My A&E weekend was all about IndyFringe and playing some of the games featured in this week's column about GenCon acquisitions. Plus a side trip to dig in at Dig-In.

What about you. Were you among those on Mass Ave or did you find your entertainment bliss elsewhere? What did you hear, see or do this weekend?

Your thoughts?

  • Evening at Chef Joseph's
We spent a delightful Saturday evening downtown at Chef Joseph's. The food was delicious, and it was served up with live entertainment by local performer Roger Schmelzer, who did a wonderful job serenading the crowd with lesser known show tunes and songs from the Great American Song Book. Roger's rich baritone does justice to these songs by putting his own spin on them, but not so far out that you don't recognize the tune. The decor was upscale, but the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. It was a lovely time.
