For me, the weekend included the opening of James Still's "The House That Jack Built" at the Indiana Repertory Theatre (more on that play in an upcoming column or blog post), some First Friday gallery visits, and cracking the spine of an upcoming novel from a Butler prof.

What about you? What did you hear, see, or do this weekend?

  • Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps
I traveled to Bloomington last Saturday to see Cardinal Stage Company's production of "Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps." It was well done - fast paced, imaginative staging, solid acting including Indy's own Paul Hansen. Definitely worth the trip. It runs through Nov. 18.
