For me, a low-key Halloween weekend included a visit with magicians and quick-change artists at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's "Mysterioso" pops program. (More on that later.)

How about you?

Did you take in the Indianapolis Art Center's "Day of the Dead"? Catch "Rocky Horror" live or on film? Or just see what all the "Paranormal Activity" fuss is at the multiplex?

Your thoughts on whatever A&E you experienced over the weekend?

  • Elephant Man at Civic
I highly recommend the Elephant Man at Civic Theatre. I saw it on Friday, its opening night and it was really wonderful. Very moving and thoughtful story, and it's done very well. Chris Goldfarb in the lead role is not to be missed.
