This week, you can win a pair of tickets to the see the touring company of “A Chorus Line,” coming to Clowes Hall courtesy of Broadway in Indianapolis. Just enter to win below.  I’ll pick one name at random.

    Hi Lou,
    I know every single line of every song of this show. I saw it twice in 1974 when I first got to NYC and when it was first on Broadway. So hard to pick a favorite line but "Who am I anyway, am I my resume?" must be at the top!

    I'd love those tickets. I've seen the movie version half a dozen times and I have the broadway cast sound track on my iPod. My favorite line, not from A Chorus Line, is the snow plow conga line from the 1970 movie, "Airport."

    Saw the show on Broadway when it opened in NYC and in London - I laughed much more at the jokes than the London audience - probably because I was from NYC at the time ... T&A is one of my favorite songs.

I want it to look just like it did in the late '70s, with 30% of the north side of Broad Ripple Avenue burned out and plenty of places to park. That's right Broad Ripple, NEVER CHANGE. Let the world pass you by, don't improve your empty, abandoned lots full of weeds. Someday someone will want to film a zombie movie here.

  5. This shouldn't come as a shock to many. Austin is a great city, and Indy needs to take some notes. Austin invests in decent transit options, has a highly educated workforce, embraces a creative class, and --despite being the state capital-- is not micromanaged by rural and suburban legislators. Want Indy to grow? Invest in the city (i.e. spend money). Raise taxes a bit, and use the money to improve education. And keep the state legislature out of Indy the other 9 months of the year.
