Theater celebrates race weekend

The Phoenix Theatre holds its annual Brew-ha-ha fundraising fest June 26. But patrons are going to be taking a swig well before then.

That's because, in celebration of race week, the Phoenix is offering a pre-show beer to anyone (over 21, of course),  who buys a ticket to its current show "Speech and Debate."

(Don't make anything of the fact that the shoe is about high school kids.)

The hops come courtesy of Crown Liquors which shows, as does the play, that it's good to have friends.
