I just wanted to point out that the old Circuit City space at Clay Terrace has not been vacant since they went out of business. Snapperz has been in that location the past two years and another kid entertainment place was there before that for around 6 months to a year. Also Clay Terrace did not open in 2007 but in 2005. I think the St. Vincent sports practice will be a good fit.
Reggie Walton is corrupt. It's not a Dem/GOP thing. Is was all about him being a greed person. Reggie Walton was screwing over Blacks/Whites/Browns, etc... It did NOT matter, he is all about GREED! Stop the whole "Dem vs. GOP, City vs. Urban, etc... They (the Reggie Walton's of the world, Black AND White) are eating us (regular-hard-working-people) alive by division. Reggie Walton IS corrupt. His corruption cost ME money. I don't care if he is a Democrat—I want his ass locked up!
It is an elective. Let it go!!
Dear Scott: A REIT called American Realty Capital Trust IV Inc, which is managed by American Realty Capital, bought the Eli Lilly property in Indianapolis for $79.1 million. If you go to the SEC Web site and search for filings by American Realty Capital Trust IV Inc., you will find an 8-K filing that reports the price paid and other details about the deal. Best regards, John Covaleski 267-247-0112
ConcernCitizen777, The only way we will ever get rid of corruption or at least reduce it is to force everyone who sells property on the open market to keep the bids for a minimum time. Banks/ Real Estate Brokers should have to prove that their offer is the highest and keep on file all other offers for two years. This would give the honest person a chance to see what other people bid and if the winner is truly the high bid. Timothy Farnsworth: I pretty sure Reggie Walton was is a "Democratic"!!! No matter what your political views, we shouldn't have to worry about this kind of corruption in the city government. Enjoy Prison Reggie.......:)
