Truth, unlike you, I will be enjoying my favorite racing series this weekend. The only thing to remember about cart is to not forget why it died. Because the team owners were allowed to run it. no major race series follows this model. Those who do not remember their history are forced to repeat it.

Give Jeff Belskus and his staff some time to make the improvements necessary. As for fan experience, you have to pay the light bills first. The rest will be addressed in good time.
Put together a business plan, come up with an inventive way for change... or focus really hard on a niche market.
Even if you stay up all night and day stressing out until you have severe GERD or anxiety attacks. You still will NEVER, ever be in David Simons position. That is because the middle rungs of society have been stripped away. It took Davids uncle a lifetime to build the business. In much different times than we face today.
Unless it's generational or you're lucky enough to stumble upon some investor that will lend you capitol it is never going to happen. Capitalist ideology is nothing more than "an idea". I too would like to believe that it's possible to build a successful business from great ideas and hard work. But in my experience..it is not possible.
