VacancyThere's plenty available. New numbers from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker show office vacancy rates all over the city rose in the first quarter of 2007. Downtown's vacancy rate took a beating again, rising .7 percent to 16.4 percent, while suburban vacancy rose .4 percent to 17.5 percent. With roughly 1.75 million vacant square feet of space downtown, is the Market-Ability Partners team crazy to include 105,000 square feet of office in their plans for the Market Square Arena site?
