IBJ Login Error FAQ
If you experience a problem
logging into the Interactive Edition, the following items may help resolve the
problem.

Userdata Persistance
If you attempt to login and all you see
is the "Loading..." message.

Firewall Scripting Block
If you
attempt to login and it looks like it loads but then displays nothing or gives
you an Error message, then there may be a block on Script code in your
firewall. This will cause problems with our software and you will not be able
to view the Interactive Edition.

Login Not
Working
If you attempt to login and the system
does not seem to accept your login information, and all you get is the logon
below message, then you may have a Cookie issue.
