Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Productive Resources LLC, a privately held technical engineering firm, has been acquired for $12 million by Waltham, Mass.-based Lionbridge Technologies Inc., the companies announced Monday.
All 150 Productive Resources employees, including CEO Steve Booher, are expected to join Lionbridge.
The local company has an office at 2601 Fortune Circle on the west side of Indianapolis and additional offices in Columbus and St. Louis, Mo.
The two companies have mutual clients, including Rolls-Royce Corp. Productive Resources clients also include Cummins Inc. and John Deere.
Productive Resources had 2011 revenue of $10.7 million. The company also provides documentation and drafting services.
Lionbridge Technologies provides translation and testing and has a presence in 26 countries.
