                              VegasProperty Lines will be on location in Las Vegas next week for the retail real estate community's version of the Super Bowl. The annual International Council of Shopping Centers event is the nation's 12th largest convention, where an estimated 25 percent of all leases are signed or conceived. Local powerhouses like Simon and Duke send dozens of people, and just about every real estate broker in town will be there. My mission is to keep track of local players and tell you first about deals in Indy. I might even put a few dollars on a blackjack table. Stay tuned.
