-True Fair Supermarkets LLC leased 30,464 square feet of retail space at 5615 W. 38th St. The tenant was represented by Rick Jones and Bob Lindgren of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co. The landlord, Town West Station LLC, represented itself.

-Indiana Tech renewed its lease for 19,806 square feet at 3500 DePauw Blvd. The tenant was represented by Yumi Prater and Sam Smith of Colliers International. The landlord, CP Pyramid Associates LP, was represented by David Moore of Cassidy Turley.

-Sponsel CPA Group subleased 11,572 square feet at Capital Center, 251 N. Illinois St. The tenant was represented by Michael R. Semler of Cassidy Turley. The sublandlord, Indiana Secondary Market for Education Loans Inc., was represented by Sam Smith, Eric Kemp and Ryan Conrad of Colliers International.
