The co-founders of FlashPoint have obtained sole ownership of the local human resources consulting firm after purchasing
remaining shares from Barnes & Thornburg LLP.

Principals Krista Skidmore and Andrea Cranfill completed the transaction with the city’s largest law firm earlier this
week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The two founded FlashPoint in 2002 and affiliated with Barnes & Thornburg the same year to provide consulting services
to the firm’s clients. Barnes & Thornburg said it will continue to refer clients to FlashPoint.

FlashPoint has moved from its space at 107 S. Pennsylvania St. to a larger office at 200 S. Meridian St. in part to accommodate
new growth. The consulting firm has added 26 clients this year, putting it on track to double new-client business in 2010.

Recently added clients include Brightpoint Inc., Cathedral High School, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, Indianapolis
Airport Authority and WellPoint Inc.

FlashPoint has 10 employees.
