Subscribe NowA 23-year-old man was arrested Monday after police said he ran a red light and crashed Sunday night on the northwest side of Indianapolis, critically injuring his passenger. Marcos Antonio-Tomas was preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and causing serious bodily injury. Investigators said Antonio-Tomas was traveling northbound on Moller Road when he ran the red light at 34th Street, swerved to miss another vehicle, lost control and struck a utility pole. Zacarias Antonio, 23, was taken to Wishard Hospital with chest injuries.
