A number of acquisitions last year disclosed no sale price. They include:

Lids acquires JAS Sports
Indianapolis-based Lids Sports Group on Jan. 18 acquired JAS Sports Inc. of Seattle.

Lids buys Anderson company
Transfer Magic, a tech firm headquartered in Anderson, was acquired Jan. 18 by Indianapolis-based Lids Team Sports.

Daily Lunch Deal acquired
Daily Lunch Deal LLC, headquartered in Indianapolis, was acquired Jan. 19 by Crusader Deals Enterprises of Tampa, Fla.

Wheaton buys Bekins
Indianapolis-based Wheaton World Wide Moving on Feb. 11 acquired Bekins Van Lines, another moving company headquartered in Hillside, Ill.

GasAmerica acquired by Speedway
Speedway LLC, headquartered in Enon, Ohio, on Feb. 11 acquired Greenfield-based GasAmerica, another convenience store operator.

Pratt scooped up by Minnesota firm
Indianapolis-based retail graphics firm Pratt Corp. was acquired March 13 by Vomela Group of St. Paul, Minn.

Polleo buys AP Innovation
Carmel-based technology services company Polleo Systems Inc. on April 3 acquired Indianapolis software firm AP Innovations LLC.

Cook Group buys General BioTechnology
Indianapolis-based General BioTechnology LLC was acquired April 9 by Cook Group, a Bloomington-based medical-device maker.

Moore Engineers acquired
Carmel-based Moore Engineers was acquired May 22 by KJWW Engineering Consultants of Rock Island, Ill.

Aprimo buys German firm
Indianapolis-based Aprimo Inc. on June 4 acquired eCircle, a cloud-based digital marketing firm headquartered in Munich, Germany.

Home Health Depot buys Fort Wayne firm
Indianapolis-based Home Health Depot Inc. on June 13 acquired Medical Mobility LLC of Fort Wayne.

R.W. Armstrong acquired
Indianapolis-based engineering, consulting, design management and architecture firm R.W. Armstrong was acquired June 19 by CHA Consulting Inc. of Albany, N.Y.

Hamilton County Title Security sold
Carmel-based Hamilton County Title Security LLC was acquired July 9 by North National Title LLC of Chicago.

Somerset absorbs Meridian CPAs
Meridian CPAs on July 13 was acquired by Somerset.

Nyhart buys benefits firm
Indianapolis-based Nyhart Actuary & Employee Benefits on Aug. 16 acquired The Epler Co., headquartered in San Diego.

Stonegate buys Florida company
Stonegate Mortgage Corp. in Indianapolis on Sept. 5 acquired St. Petersburg, Fla.-based NattyMac LLC.

Lids buys Dowdle Sports
Cordova, Tenn.-based Dowdle Sports Inc. was acquired Sept. 24 by Indianapolis-based Lids Sports Group.

Strategic Healthcare acquired
Indianapolis-based Strategic Healthcare Group LLC was acquired Sept. 10 by Mediware Information Systems Inc. of Lexena, Kan.

Stoneware bought by Lenovo
Lenovo Group on Sept. 18 acquired Carmel-based Stoneware Inc.

MJ Insurance buys competitor
Indianapolis-based MJ Insurance on Oct. 1 acquired cross-town competitor Mead & Co.

Defender Direct buys HVAC firm
Indianapolis-based Defender Direct Inc. on Oct. 3 acquired Williams Comfort Air, headquartered in Carmel.

Dow AgroSciences buys seed company
Indianapolis-based Dow AgroSciences on Oct. 8 acquired Cal/West Seeds, headquartered in Woodland, Calif.

Facility Concepts buys furniture maker
Indianapolis-based Facility Concepts Inc. on Oct. 9 acquired Classico Seating, headquartered in Peru.

Tilson buys Phoenix firm
Greenwood-based Tilson HR on Oct. 23 acquired AmeriSource HR LLC, which is headquartered in Phoenix.

Home Health Depot buys Georgia firm
Indianapolis-based Home Health Depot Inc. on Nov. 12 acquired Genesis Healthcare Services LLC, headquartered in Atlanta.

Bytecafe buys Indy IT
Bytecafe Consulting Inc. on Nov. 20 acquired Indy IT Resource Group Inc. Both companies are headquartered in Indianapolis.

Desktop buys Port-to-Port
Desktop Resources Inc. on Nov. 29 acquired Port-to-Port Consulting, also headquartered in Indianapolis.

Northwind buys Ohio firm
Indianapolis-based Northwind Electronics LLC on Nov. 30 acquired Elk Diversified Services of Mentor, Ohio.

G3 Technology Partners acquired
Indianapolis-based G3 Technology Partners was acquired Dec. 19 by Converge One, headquartered in Eagan, Minn.

Phoenix company buys Evergreen
Indianapolis-based Evergreen Recycling Inc. was acquired Dec. 31 by GlyEco Inc., headquartered in Phoenix.•
