Devan Dumes, a former Indiana University basketball player, has been found not guilty in connection with the shooting of a drug dealer. Prosecutors charged Dumes with attempted murder and carjacking after a Jan. 11 incident in which Keith Jones was shot in the neck. Dumes’ lawyer countered that he acted in self-defense after Jones threatened him. Dumes starred at Decatur Central High School before going to IU.
