Sun King Brewery partnered with the Arts Council of Indianapolis’ power2give initiative to allow five local organizations to showcase their projects at CANvitational. American Heart Association Heart Walk & 5K, sponsored by Duke Realty, raised $780,000.

Grants
Wheeler Mission received a $1 million grant from the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust to be used for construction of a new facility for homeless men.

VSA Indiana, in collaboration with Veterans Antiquities, received a $2,000 Focus 2020 Community Action Grant from the Peace Learning Center to be used for its Art by Veterans celebration.

In Recognition
Judy L. Woods, Benesch, was recognized in Best Lawyers 2014 as a Lawyer of the Year for professional malpractice law – defendants.

East Village at Avondale Meadows, co-developed by Sterling Group and Strategic Capital Partners, won a 2013 Multifamily Pillars of the Industry national award from the National Association of Home Builders.

James C. Marcuccilli, STAR Financial Bank, was named a Sagamore of the Wabash by Gov. Mike Pence.

Noah Grayson, Walker Information, was named a CX Impact Award winner by the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
