Grace said on social media that Sunday’s broadcast was his last with the station. He did not say whether he was leaving for a new job.

Grace typically covered the crime beat for WISH but also handled anchor duties on weekends.

Born in Indianapolis, Grace was raised near Fountain Square and graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and Ball State University.

He joined WISH in 2011 after working as a reporter for KMOV-TV, a CBS affiliate in St. Louis.

He also worked at WLNS-TV in Lansing, Michigan.

Grace is at least the third reporter/anchor to leave WISH this year. Afternoon and evening reporter and fill-in anchor Elizabeth Choi departed last month. Morning reporter and fill-in anchor Emily Kinzer announced her departure in late January.

WISH announced Monday that it would be adding a 4 p.m. newscast and planned to beef up its staff.
