A union lawyer said the Cleveland turnaround firm that bought Steel Parts out of bankruptcy the same day, Resilience Capital Partners, canceled the policy. Resilience counters that it didn’t end the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield policy, according to the Kokomo Tribune.

Steel Parts, whose 200 employers made it the second-largest employer in Tipton County, directly north of Hamilton County, supplies transmission components to Ford Motor Co.
