U.S. employers added 132,000 last month, according to the Labor Department, a decline from the 190,000 jobs added in May. Economists had expected that 125,000 jobs would be added to employer payrolls. The national unemployment rate matched forecasts, holding steady at 4.5 percent. The state unemployment rate for May, the most recent month available, also was 4.5 percent.
