  1. Wrong! They have participated in a program to improve the health of the community by decreasing emissions, create resilience in times of flooding and increasing weather events. There is no reason to stop promised funding except to punish those who understand that climate resilience is important because the world is heating up.

  2. Like the projects USAID was funding?

    Bureaucrats spending other people’s money is as a general rule, wasteful. Left or Right. It’s just that there are so many fewer fiscal conservatives on the Left.
