  1. It is sad that this property has fallen so low and in such disrepair. I remember when it opened and they were top notch apartments. It is also sad that absentee landlords continue to take advantage of their tenants leaving the tenants little recourse. I agree, which is rare, with Rokita going after the owners, needs to happen more often.
