So just what exactly are those “additional benefits and protections for the neighborhoods in which they are located”.. None of those tax dollars are ever going to go directly into those neighborhoods. So sad to see that this democrat administration is siding with big business over the people.

I’ve watched every meeting on tv. Each community is getting big bucks for their area. Seems like a win win win. Would hate to see high tech companies going to Whitestown and Kokomo and Shelbyville and avoid Indianapolis. Think big people.

Absolutely positively no incentives, in fact they should be paying the city millions of dollars to be able to build here. They’re sucking up all of our natural resources not to mention huge amounts of electricity they’re consuming and the infrastructure improvements being pushed off onto the taxpayers.

You know a golf course uses more water than data centers. Data centers are closed loop systems. Yes they use lots of power, but if you look at long term power cost in states that have data centers, power rates have actually declined. We are paying for all the years we didn’t improve our infrastructure. China is building over 50 Nuclear power plants we built one last year and have one on the coming online in the next few years. Why can’t we have an honest debate, instead we will spend millions for some study that get us know where.
