  1. HamCo Mayors keep talking about the need for starter houses, but the market keeps building houses at 500K or higher. Throw in 7% interest rates… I don’t know many first time buyers with 100K down + 3500-6000 a month for payment/taxes/insurance/HOA.

  2. Ditto to my namesake above! Noblesville, and other areas have a real need for affordable 2/2, single story, senior villas at 1200 sf in the $200-$250,000 range.

    1. Everybody says the same thing, but I don’t think any of these cities want to build out their available empty spaces with low property tax units. I think there is a huge demand for $150-250k homes for singles, newbies, and retirees, but no one has cracked the code how to do it yet. Maybe they need to build out in the boonies.
