I used to be open to the sort of libertarian argument but there’s no getting away from the fact that legalization is a net negative for society and the availability and potency of it has lifetime effects on younger users.
Should we also try to ban alcohol and tobacco? As the temperance movement so clearly demonstrated – prohibition will never work.

It amazes me that there is such outrage about pot when alcohol abuse is incredible and much more damaging. Indiana is losing out on millions of dollars in taxes.

People worried about all of the tax money we are losing out on… lol, like that matters. They would just have more money to recklessly spend without any real fixes to sky high property taxes, terrible roads, and all of the other issues that never get addressed other than with a Band-Aid every once in a while.
