Dave Neff

“Talent Scout with Dave Neff,” a new podcast from IBJ Media that will focus on Indiana’s upcoming leaders, is set to launch, the company announced Thursday.

Neff, the CEO of the Boilermaker Alliance since 2023 and longtime philanthropic leader at several Indianapolis organizations, plans to have “candid conversations with rising changemakers under 40 who are shaping the future of business, community and civic life across the state,” IBJ Media said.

Episodes of the podcast will be released on the first and third Thursday of each month starting Sept. 4. Growth firm Prolific will serves as title sponsor for the first season of 24 episodes. An introduction to the podcast featuring an interview of Neff is now available.

Guests in the first season will include Connor Hitchcock, founder of Homefield Apparel; Sarah Holsapple, communications consultant and crisis expert; and Fred Yeakey, educator and youth advocate.

“Indiana is full of emerging leaders whose stories often go untold,” Neff said in written comments. “’Talent Scout’ gives these individuals a platform to share their values, vision and impact—while inspiring others to lead with purpose. I’m thrilled to partner with IBJ Media to bring these conversations to life.”

The show will be available on all major podcast platforms, including YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music. More info can be found at IBJPodcasts.com.
