Republicans states are always ready to defend the corporations from laws that might be annoying for them, but hugely beneficial for the rest of us. Rly makes u think
When I get a product sealed in a plastic bubble so tough that I have to get out a pair of heavy duty kitchen shears, I have to ask why? After mangling the packaging it all immediately goes into the trash. That is what this law is aimed at.
Let’s remember that plastic is made from fossil fuels. Haven’t we learned that products made from fossil fuels cause many health-related problems?
Haven’t you figured out by now that the Republican Party doesn’t give a damn about our health? They do whatever Big Business tells them to do. That’s one reason (among many more) that I have abandoned the Republican Party.
