  1. This is really simple. Enforce the curfew and punish the parents or whoever exerts parental influence over the youths. It’s ridiculous to have 12-15 year olds downtown unsupervised in the middle of the night.

  2. Indy can’t get through a weekend without downtown shootings. Maybe ICE agents should be utilized for US citizens’ law and order in our cities. Immigrants are not committing these crimes.
