  1. However the WNBA is not the only sport with Monday morning officials. Every sport has officiating critics and what it all bouls down too is the training of the officials and their ability to be correct 100% of the time and not miss a single play. Good luck even with AI, that would be a difficult task.

  2. The Loss of the Pure Game
What was once a showcase of elite athleticism has, for many, become a lightning rod for cultural and political proxy wars. The narrative has shifted:
The Lens of Discourse: Every foul, every rivalry, and every press conference is instantly dissected through a political or ideological lens.
The Media Ecosystem: Sports commentators and social media algorithms often prioritize outrage and culture-war talking points over tactical analysis and athletic excellence.
The Weight of Representation: Players are no longer just athletes; they are drafted as symbols, forced to carry the weight of broader societal debates.

  3. A flat palm-down hand would have been an accident, but doubling up into a fist was intentional. The only thing Thomas missed on was the follow-thru with a real punch. All these so called professionals that perform like was displayed toward Clark are thugs. Both men and women players. Thomas knew exactly what she was doing. Should have been arrested for assault or battery or both.
