Only in Indiana, what a disgrace.
I think there are a dozen other Republicans states and the Federal government that are all in on with this. This ISN’T only in Indiana.
He’s on the name calling and poor leadership train. What a disgrace is right.
Like everything these issues swing too far, and unfortunately we have sycophantic zealots like Todd to swing us ever further.
I have to assume Todd has deemed that we will insist upon homogeneity, inequity, and exclusion.
I like it. So Rokita is an HIE.hire?!?
Rokita’s policies seem to institutionalize HIE: Homogeneity in representation, Inequity in access, and Exclusion from public contracts. He seems to be one of the biggest supporters of HIE out there.
Rokita is a joke, he wants to quash any speech he disagrees with while berating others for squashing speech he agrees with. He blasted colleges for not allowing conservative speakers but now goes after them for allowing liberal speakers. Apparently to him free speech is only the speech he allows. He is also going after those who promote political violence, when will he be filing charges against Trump for his actions on 1/6/2021?
Not only is Rokita’s policy an abomination to the First Amendment and the fair premise that private businesses should create their own (lawful) pathway without state interference, this also undermines the state’s ability to contract with the best firms in the state. So, the state will end relationships with the best bond, construction, labor, gaming, etc. law firms in the state just because Todd doesn’t like their efforts at inclusion? Clearly, Todd cares more about his agenda than what’s best for the citizens of Indiana.
