  1. It’s almost as if the state legislation shifting money from public schools to private schools is hurting public schools while helping private schools. Who would have ever thought…..

    Interesting comment on virtual instruction not having an impact. Tutors, small pull-out groups, and other things (that require more staff) seem to be big factors. Sadly, with the state’s continued drive to push funds from public to private, this difference is likely going to get worse.
