    1. Honest question, Anthony.. if you didn’t think it was quaint, what was your impression and what elements of town led you to that conclusion?

  1. Yeah so like I live down the street from the red area, but my friend lives inside it. Can I go over to his place, snag some booze, and write “dora” on my glass and drink booze outside all day? Or what if I buy a Dora The Explorer cup and put my booze in that? Is it close enough?

“Existing open container laws do not prohibit people from carrying alcoholic beverages outside in Zionsville, but the proposed measure would limit open consumption of alcoholic drinks in the district to those purchased at participating businesses.”

This is confusing. So right now I could get my own booze from my house and walk around the village outside the red area drinking it, but if I go inside the red area I can’t drink it, but could drink some booze from a restaurant inside the red area in a cup that says “dora”? If I go outside the red area, can I still drink the dora booze? Or can I only drink the booze from my own house?
