Chatham TapThe owners of the popular Chatham Tap on Mass Ave have agreed to lease the 4,200-square-foot former home
of Fionn MacCool's on 116th Street in Fishers. Jim Ailes and David Pentzien hope to open their new English pub, tentatively
called Fishers Tap, sometime in June. They were represented in the deal by Brian Epstein of Urban Space Commercial. The Broadbent
Co. owns the building at 8211 116th St. Fionn MacCool's, which opened in 2005, abruptly closed in December. Owners Bill and Michelle
Mills in a posting on Facebook blamed the "economic crisis" for the closure.

In other restaurant news, Baker & Daniels partner Trevor Belden has settled on a name for his new bar and lounge on the
first floor of the new 3Mass building downtown: The Ball and Biscuit. The condo building's first retail tenant, reported here last November, is scheduled
to open this summer.
