Chateau Thomas Winery plans to open a new tasting room and gift shop in Fishers. The winery already has tasting rooms at its Plainfield headquarters and in Nashville. The new location is slated to open next month in a strip center along 116th Street near Interstate 69. One of its new neighbors will be the Irish pub Fionn MacCool’s.- Yuki Sushi and Thai has opened in the lifestyle component of Castleton Square Mall between Johnny Rockets and H&M. The new local restaurant took space vacated by the sandwich shop Spicy Pickle.
- Rusty Bucket Corner Tavern, a Columbus, Ohio-based chain, has opened its first Indiana location at 1130 W. 86th St. The restaurant offers a wide menu ranging from fish and chips to loaded nachos, pastas to potstickers.
