The Legacy Fund has hired Terry W. Anker, a consultant to entrepreneurs, as its next president.

Anker will be charged with raising the fund’s asset base from $40 million to $75 million by 2013, according to Brian Payne, CEO of the Central Indiana Community Foundation. The Legacy Fund is the Hamilton County affiliate of CICF.

Anker succeeds Brad Little, who left last year to lead a private foundation in Iowa. Anker is chairman of The Anker Consulting Group, which helps startups with capital requirements and reorganization.
